1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to any individual who submits an application through this page to participate in the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ workforce training program. By submitting your application, you agree to these Terms.

This application page is operated by Skill Ready AI ("Operator"), an independently operated licensed provider of the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ curriculum, located in the state of Atlanta, Georgia. The curriculum and program framework are owned by Brillionaires LLC. Skill Ready AI is solely responsible for the operation of this page, the collection of application information, and the delivery of program services in its service area.

Skill Ready AI and Brillionaires LLC are separate entities. Your application creates a relationship with Skill Ready AI, not with Brillionaires LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. About This Program

AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ is a 12-week, 300-hour workforce training program designed to move participants through a structured progression of AI literacy, fluency, and proficiency. The program is aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and is structured for eligible adults, dislocated workers, and transition-age youth.

The program awards three stackable credentials upon successful completion of each phase:

•       Phase 1 — AI Literacy Badge (Week 4)

•       Phase 2 — AI Fluency Certificate (Week 8)

•       Phase 3 — AI Proficiency Certificate / AI Deployment Corps Practitioner Credential (Week 12)

3. Who May Apply

To be eligible to apply for this program, you must:

•       Be at least 18 years of age

•       Meet WIOA eligibility requirements as an adult, dislocated worker, or transition-age youth (18+) as defined under federal and Atlanta, Georgia state workforce guidelines

•       Reside within the service area served by Skill Ready AI in Atlanta, Georgia

•       Be available to participate in the program schedule as specified at the time of enrollment

Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Skill Ready AI reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion based on program eligibility, cohort capacity, and WIOA guidelines as applicable in Atlanta, Georgia. Eligibility determination is made following submission and does not create a contractual obligation.

4. Application Submission

By submitting this application, you confirm that:

•       All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

•       You meet or believe you may meet the eligibility requirements described above

•       You consent to Skill Ready AI contacting you using the contact information provided in your application for the purpose of program communication, eligibility screening, and enrollment

Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the program.

5. No Purchase Required — No Fees

Submission of this application is free. There is no cost to apply. Program participation costs, where applicable, are structured in alignment with WIOA funding guidelines as administered in Atlanta, Gerogia. Any applicable fees or funding arrangements will be clearly communicated to you prior to enrollment.

6. Program Delivery

AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ is delivered by Skill Ready AI as a licensed operator in Atlanta, Georgia. Skill Ready AI is responsible for program delivery, scheduling, participant support, and all communications related to your application and participation. Brillionaires LLC provides the curriculum and program framework and is not responsible for program delivery, scheduling, or participant-facing operations in Skill Ready AI's service area.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ program does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, income level, or career result. Program outcomes depend on individual effort, participation, market conditions, and other factors outside the control of the program operator or Brillionaires LLC.

Credential attainment is subject to successful completion of program requirements as defined by the program framework.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, frameworks, tools, and program content delivered through AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ are the intellectual property of Brillionaires LLC and its licensors. Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use program materials without the express written permission of Brillionaires LLC.

9. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage with the program respectfully and professionally. Skill Ready AI reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for conduct that disrupts program operations, violates program guidelines, or is unlawful under the laws of Atlanta, Georgia or federal law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Atlanta, Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

Skill Ready AI reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application page following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
